By accessing and using SyracuseChristmasLighting.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Services

Syracuse Christmas Lighting provides holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, removal and storage within a 50‑mile radius of Syracuse, NY. Specific details of services, pricing and scheduling will be outlined in individual quotes.

3. Quotes & Payment

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change following on‑site measurements. A deposit may be required to secure installation dates. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your preferred installation dates. Weather conditions may impact scheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the appointment.

5. Liability

We are fully insured and take precautions to protect your property. However, Syracuse Christmas Lighting shall not be held liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather or pre‑existing structural issues.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time without prior notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of the Terms of Service.
